Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear athletic clothing, such as a workout shirt and shorts. We’ll provide everything else. Also, show up to class around 10 minutes early so we can get you introduced to the instructors!
Does it cost anything?
We have different programs depending on how often you train with us – but your trial class and everything else it encompasses is completely free. Your FIT3D Scan is free as well!
Do I get a 3D scan?
Our FIT3D Body Scanner is at our Plano location, so if you have a trial there; Ask a staff member and they’ll show you how to operate it. If you are a guest or member at our Allen location, feel free to drop by in-between classes and get scanned.
When should I show up?
Show up 10-15 minutes early so we can ensure your waiver is signed and that you have enough time to meet your instructors before class.
Do I have to wear a mask?
While we don’t require students to wear a mask while training, you are more than welcome to do so. We keep track of class attendance in case one of our students test positive for anything. We abide all local laws, and thank you for your cooperation.
Is there anything else I should know?
Our environment is unlike any other gym, so be ready for a surprise when you walk in! We all were newcomers at some point, so feel free to ask anything! See you soon!

FIT3D Scans Available
Don’t forget to get a FIT3D scan! While it isn’t required, we highly recommend it. It helps track your progress and much more. If you’re serious about losing weight or bulking up, this is extremely important!
